From detailed information about every participant in a scheduled workshop to the detailed church setup instructions for weddings and the complex details about the wedding ceremony, to simple work orders and food requests.
This system makes coordination and communication easier because notification of changes are never forgotten, and because there is only a single shared version of the details.
After several years on the market, we also released a DELUXE EDITION, of our Room Scheduling which starts with the proven and easy foundation of the Catholic Room Scheduler and adds to it some very advanced functions for situations that call for even more automation power.
