3.      I am unable to start up the program.  It was running fine but now…

a.       Are they getting to the "Invalid…" or "Expired…" registration messages and stopping there?

b.      Have they changed OFFICE (ACCESS) versions?

Are other PC's running the system ok?  Can they download a new fresh copy from our website?
